In the deadliest mass shooting in modern US history, a gunman killed and injured over 600 concertgoers in Las Vegas, firing over 1,100 rounds from an accumulated arsenal of over two dozen firearms. SB 497 will help prevent weapons stockpiling by prohibiting the purchase of more than one gun in a 30-day period. (This bill is now law.)
